Famous Last Words? Times that Try Men's Souls?

Alas, My Soul is ever tried. I must always be vigilant.I must never tire of my responsibility to freedom. I am contemplating the following words....


“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”


Some people still know some of these words… but many look the other way.
It seems to be troublesome to contemplate the meanings of Life, Liberty and Happiness? Life… what is it? Where does it begin, and for that matter where does it end?
Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness? These ideas seem so quaint now.
Besides many say,if I have to take my blinders off and see and face reality, instead of listen to what I'm told..... then I'd have to be responsible to what those words really mean.


The current political climate with “third world like “ crowds following “the one” or “that one” describes liberty how? Well, if we could translate a coherent thought that summarizes the angry gibberish spewing from these messiah-adoring crowds, it seems to be something about justice.
Which seems to further translate to getting revenge and taking from the rich people and giving it to themselves.
“The One” who is really a blank slate, is going to fix everything and bring justice to the world.



"Get in their faces." "It's going to get nasty!"


In reality “The One” or “That One” is acting like a third world tyrant. He promises the disaffected whipped up crowds anything and everything. He appeals to the most lustful selfish desires by fomenting hate and division. Saul Alinsky has truly descended upon “The One” and lives through him. There is no life, liberty or pursuit of happiness here ,only a deceptive ruse to gain power.



So behold the Man and the Party that ignores the first right;life. The Party of the one thinks that life is expendable. After all the granting of life can be so very inconvenient.
The Party that promises you anything so they can take away your liberty.
The Party that says only happiness comes when they are in power, not from the self-evident truths, “that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights.“


Tyranny is given birth when men compromise their principles and believe in anything except God. Tyranny is given birth when men seek superficial comforts and forget about self reliance. Men born to tyrannize know this.
Will the Declaration of Independence just be famous last words?
